The NGO National Coordinating Coalition Inc. (NGO NCC Inc.) has organized a community health outreach event in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, National AIDS Programme Secretariat (NAPS), and National Tuberculosis Programme (NTP). This three-day event will take place from today May 9th to May 11th, 2024, at Puruni Landing, Region 7.

The outreach aims to provide various health services to the community in a one-stop, hassle-free manner at the Guinness Bar. The services offered include HIV/STI testing, Mantoux testing (for tuberculosis), Blood Sugar testing, Blood Pressure testing, support for Gender-Based Violence, legal support, counselling, and referrals to social services.

The event highlights the importance of addressing critical health issues such as HIV prevention, tuberculosis control, and gender-based violence awareness. It encourages community members to participate and take advantage of these essential services.

By organizing such outreach initiatives, NGO NCC Inc., in partnership with government agencies, is working towards promoting better health outcomes and raising awareness about vital public health concerns within the local community.
