GENERAL INFORMATION
PCM was founded on August 26th 2010 by Wendell Jeffrey; with the objective of reducing and crime and recidivism in Guyana; PCM works to enable its beneficiaries to reduce the incidences of drug dependencies and the involvement of young people in criminal activities.
