GENERAL INFORMATION
MERUNDOI Inc. is a non-governmental organization specialising in behaviour change communication through public education using the radio serial drama "MERUNDOI". The premier behaviour change communication institution in Guyana and the Caribbean using innovative public education, drama, and other reinforcement methods especially using behavioural Change Communication (BCC) with an edutainment strategy. Merundoi works towards strengthening communities, to take ownership of their attitudes & actions. Merundoi’s passion and enthusiasm for positive social development, as well as the organisation’scommitment to using the US CDC created Modelling and Reinforcement (MAR) principles as a reliable behaviour change tool.

Future Goals
Increasing our use of the creative and performing arts and mass media including television, puppetry and social media; Collaborating with other NGOs and social media to improve the impact of civil society on social issues; collaborating with other NGOs to share resources; training young persons in the systems and methodology of our organization to ensure perpetuation of our work.
