Overview
The NCC is governed by a seven (7) member Board of Directors, which comprises strong, multi-disciplinary leaders drawn from the civil society, government, and private sectors. The Board of Directors ensures that the organisation operates as a legitimate entity, with a governance structure that addresses internal mechanisms for the functioning of the Board of Directors, Secretariat and membership of the NCC, whilst meeting the appropriate interests of stakeholders.

In accordance with Section 4(9) of the By-Laws, four (4) Committees have been established to overlook the inner workings of the Board. These committees are Executive, Governance, Audit & Finance and Working Group Committees. The Working Group committees include program development and management, fundraising and other forms of resource mobilization, public relations and advocacy.
